INTERIOR DESIGN
Full service interior designer based out of Frisco, TX and serving the Dallas area. This package is ideal for clients that want a turn key experience by having me and my team of contractors to do all the heavy lifting for them.
During the design process, I will look at all aspects of lighting, color, texture, paint, furniture purchase and placement, flooring selection and installation, window treatments, and accessories to transform your new or existing house into a "home" one room at a time.
The full-service package includes:

DESIGNER ON DEMAND
This package is ideal for anyone wanting design services ‘as needed’ and is in need of that extra boost of confidence regarding home decorating decisions. This allows you to receive the design advice you need from a professional, on a rolling basis and without the steps and cost associated with traditional full service interior design.
This package includes a free in-home or virtual consultation (up to 90 min) where we discuss your design project goals. We’ll determine an estimated number of hours for you to invest in that will be tailored to your needs (minimum 5 hours).
You may pre-purchase increments of design time of 5, 10 and 20 hours blocks.
HOURLY RATE $80 PER HOUR

VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN
Similar to our full service design package, I offer a Virtual Design package to clients located across the nation or located outside of the United States.
This package includes:

A virtual interior design consultation for up to 90 minutes and hosted through Zoom or FaceTime where we will discuss your room in detail including the overall style direction, assessing the functionality, and establishing your needs.

NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL
For many homeowners, the sheer volume and complexity of design decisions involved in building a new home or remodeling an existing home can be more than overwhelming. When you hire me to design your new home or manage your remodel project, I will help you decide on architectural details, selecting and specifying materials and finishes, kitchen and bath design, and more. I will work side-by-side with you, attend design center meetings, be a point of contact with your architect or builder builder, and even oversee contractors to make sure the process flows smoothly, and that design plans are carried through as planned. As your design project liaison, you’ll never feel alone in the design-making process.

HOME STAGING
My focus is to create the desired lifestyle for your targeted buyers. During the Home Staging process, I will prepare a seller’s property to give it a “model home” appearance so potential buyers can easily “see” themselves living there. I am a certified ASP® and IAHSP® Home Stager. Home staging based in Frisco, TX.
Home staging can include:

THE PROCESS

KICK OFF
CONCEPT
We have an introduction meeting in the client’s home where I take photos, measurements and we discuss budgets, style direction, and the use and goals for the space.
Clients will receive three mood boards to choose from and to help us hone in on the style and direction of the room.

DESIGN
RENDERS & STYLING
After receiving feedback on the mood boards, I consolidate it all onto one concept board, where clients can begin to see how all the furniture and accessories will look and feel together. In this phase, clients also receive their online shopping list and floor plan with the furniture in the space laid out.
After the concept board is finalized, I will create two different 2D room renders so clients can actually see how the space will look with the new design. If its a full interior design project, once all of the larger items are received, I will go out and shop to find you the perfect accessories for your space and style them myself to finalize the project!
